Responsive Starter templates are built using the WordPress Block Editor (aka Gutenberg editor) or the Elementor page builder. You can use the same drag-and-drop editors to edit these templates.

All you need to do is install the Responsive Plus – Starter Templates plugin and select the website template you wish to import. In the importing process, you will come across a step in which the plugin asks you to click on a button that says Install plugins. This step will install and activate the necessary plugins.
